One cart.Every approved supplier.

MEDI Marketplace connects licensed pharmacies, hospitals and clinics to approved suppliers. One cart spans every seller, then splits on placement into a separate order per supplier — each with its own payment terms, credit limit and invoice.

Three suppliers, three orders, three invoices — issued by the suppliers themselves, each on its own terms.

The marketplace, in six parts.

Each one is a rule the platform enforces on every order that passes through it.

01

Approved suppliers

Every supplier passes licence review and SFDA compliance checks before a single listing goes live.

02

Multi-supplier cart

One cart holds items from any number of suppliers. Placing it creates a separate order for each, tracked on its own.

03

Terms per pair

Each supplier sets the payment terms, credit limit and payment methods for each buyer it approves.

04

Supplier-issued invoices

The supplier invoices its own order directly, in Saudi riyals, with VAT computed on the line items.

05

Compliant catalogue

Listings sit on master products carrying registration data, prescription status and category compliance flags.

06

Delivery and returns

Shipments carry proof of delivery at handover, and a return runs from buyer to supplier through to a credit note.

From registration to the first delivery.

Five steps, each one a state the platform can show you at any moment.

  1. 01

    Register

Upload your commercial registration, facility licence and tax certificate.

  2. 02

    Review

Platform staff verify the documents and activate the account.

  3. 03

    Approval

Each supplier approves you separately and sets your terms and credit limit.

  4. 04

    Order

Build one cart across every approved catalogue; placement splits it per supplier.

  5. 05

    Settle

Track each order to delivery, then settle each supplier invoice on its own terms.

Suppliers and platform staff have their own paths through the same records: a supplier sees the orders assigned to it, and platform staff see the whole ledger.

The commercial terms, stated.

Everything a finance team asks before it signs off on a new purchasing channel.
